THE CANADIAN LAW OF CIVIL AVIATION
Abstract
In this article the author examines important developments in the Canadian law of civil aviation. In particular, the author focuses on two cases from the Province of Manitoba, namely McInnery et al. v. McDougall and Galer v. Wings (Limited). The author examines the facts f each case, as well as the reasoning of the Court in each case, and concludes his article by briefly examining the provisions of The Carriage by Air Act, 1939 and The Transport Act, 1938.Keywords:
