CORPORATIONS WITHOUT SHARE CAPITAL
Abstract
Increases in the number of corporations without share capital and the emerging advantages of this incorporation procedure have made the study of such corporations desirable. The author undertakes that study by examining the nature of governing legislation and the advantages of incorporation, and comparing the advantages of incorporation both with and without share capital. Unable to deal with the laws of all incorporating jurisdictions in Canada, he focuses on corporations in Ontario. Keywords:
