CANADIAN MILITARY LAW
Abstract
Military law is comprised of specialized rights and obligations applying to those who join the forces. That law and its administration have been important topics in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. Inquiry has led to the enactment of new legislation in Canada: the National Defence Act. The author examines the history of military law and its place in the general law, and examines this statute in relation to them.Keywords:
