THE JUVENILE DELIQUENTS ACT, 1929
Abstract
Given revision of the Criminal Code, the author believes it necessary to consider revisiting the Juvenile Delinquents Act, which has remained virtually unchanged since 1929. This article outlines several aspects of the Act in order to expose potential weaknesses.
