A NOTE ON COMBINATIONS IN RESTRAINT OF TRADE
AbstractA conspiracy to restrain or injure trade in relation to any commodity must be taken to refer to undue restraints of trade, such as malicious restraint, or those not justified by personal interest for the protection of which the trade arrangement is made.
