CONFIDENTIALITY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMPETITIVE RISK IN THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
AbstractThis article gives an overview of the key issues in the employment relationship relating to confidentiality, intellectual property and competition by an employee with a present or former employer. It considers matters chronologically, dealing first with the establishment of the employment relationship and then with the issues faced on the employee’s departure.
