A FOUR-YEAR LAW COURSE OF THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL INSTRUCTION
Abstract
Using the McGill program as an illustration of how the two components of legal education can be successfully integrated to allow a more advantageous system of education, the author canvasses problems arising out of systems that either omit the practical component or allow it simultaneously with theoretical instruction. The survey illustrates the deficiency that occurs when students gain admission to the bar without sufficient practical training. Keywords:
