THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEAL
Abstract
There is a proposed bill before the Parliament of Canada, which, if passed, will establish in each province a Court of Criminal Appeal. In England a similar Court of Appeal has been established. Surely, if England has developed such a system of appeal, Canada should as well. The proposed legislation in the form in which it has been introduced has some defects, but these can easily be remedied. Keywords:
