Abstract

The author comments on the life of Federic Harrison. Mr. Harrison was called to the Bar in 1858. His chief contribution to law lies in his lectures before the Inns of Court on Jurisprudence and the Conflict of Laws. In addition to other topics the author also comments on the first referendum in history that took place in Switzerland.
