A RE-CONSIDERATION OF THE DOCTRINE OF INTERNATIONAL SERVITUDE
Abstract
The doctrine of international servitude has been rendered topical by two events: the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the status of South West Africa; and the present controversy between Great Britain and Egypt over the status of the Suez Canal.
