THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES

Authors

  • PAUL A FREUND

Abstract

A companion to the two previous articles in this issue, the author discusses the Supreme Court of the United States, the oldest of all federations. He conducts an inquiry into three areas of the Court’s concerns: its jurisdiction and administrative role, its role as arbiter and the inherent symbolism of the Court.
